Student engagement and retention

Students leave when they never find their place.

We run the campus platform where students find events and clubs, and we measure how connected they feel. That gives a retention office something it can act on during the year, not after it.

The problem

Getting involved is the hardest part of first year

Most students who leave were not failing their courses. They just never got connected to the place. Events and clubs are spread across posters, group chats, and accounts that most students do not follow, so the people who need a way in are the least likely to find one.

Universities already know belonging matters. What they lack is a way to see it while a student is still enrolled.

1 in 4 first-year students do not return to college anywhere the following year.

What we do

Three services

Campus engagement platform

One place for every event and club on campus, so students can find what fits them and show up.

Belonging measurement

Short, recurring check-ins that show how connected students feel, reported in aggregate through a dashboard.

Advisory and research

Focus groups and engagement audits that show where students are falling through and what to change.

The technology

It plugs into what you already run

We built this to sit on top of your existing stack rather than replace anything. Students sign in with their university credentials, so there is no new account to create. Club and event data syncs with the systems your student life office already maintains, and everything we report back is aggregate.

  • Single sign-on with your existing university login.
  • Calendar and event feeds sync both ways, so nothing gets entered twice.
  • Dashboards your staff can read without training or a data team.
  • Hosted, maintained, and updated by us.
