Student engagement and retention

Belonging decides who stays. Right now, no one owns it.

We build the campus infrastructure that reconnects students to their university, and we report the result in the numbers your retention office already answers for.

The problem

The quiet number behind attrition

Students rarely leave over a single bad grade. They drift when they never feel part of the place. The connection that made a campus degree worth more than a screen is the first thing that erodes, and it erodes silently.

Getting involved is the part of first year students say is hardest. That is the exact gap we close.

1 in 4 first-year students do not return to college anywhere the following year. National Student Clearinghouse Research Center, 2024 (Fall 2022 cohort).

Our thesis

Belonging is systemic. Connection needs infrastructure.

We watched this happen as students. Coursework moved online and the ways students found their place fell apart. Communication tools moved information around, but none were accountable for whether a student felt part of the university. We build for that, and we measure it.

What we do

Four services. Three are live today.

Live

Engagement infrastructure

The official campus layer for events and club discovery. Students find their place instead of missing it. This is our live product.

Live

Belonging measurement

Recurring student surveys and aggregate dashboards that give your retention office a live read on connection, not a once-a-year guess.

Live

Advisory and research

Focus groups, engagement audits, and the plan-building that shows where connection is breaking and what to do about it.

Roadmap

First-year integration

Early-connection support for the first weeks, where retention risk concentrates. On our roadmap, not yet shipping.

One conversation is the ask.

If you own belonging, retention, or student success at your university, we should talk. No commitment. Just the problem, the evidence, and what we have built for it.
